Thunders home bakery is currently recruiting for an experienced baker.  We are looking for someone to join our team in our bakery where you will be involved in baking for our range of cakes.  Based in Drumcondra, you will have an opportunity to be involved in scratch baking and finishing in a small team where we make our sponges, madeira’s and our fresh cream confectionery.  We produce for our retail outlets in Drumcondra five days per week Monday – Saturday.  Experience in a commercial bakery setting is essential for this role as we need someone who can adapt to our fast and dynamic pace.
