Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are now looking for a full time food & beverage supervisor for our new location in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre

The Ideal Candidate:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

To ensure your team members operate efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with an excellent service.

Main duties:

To oversee and ensure the smooth running of your shift.
To delegate tasks to employees.
To draw up and control staff rosters.
To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to company procedures.
To ensure staff dress and appearance is according to company policy.
To have an in-depth knowledge of HACCP, Health, Fire & Food Safety.
To oversee & Manage Stock Control, Ordering, Waste & Food Costs
To ensure that the highest standard of customer care is given to all our customers.

This position will involve shift & weekend work.

Salary €24K – €26K
