Official Opening in Crumlin

 

Rte presenter Kathryn Thomas officially opened Thunders home bakery new store in Crumlin on Thursday 26th January 2012. Kathryn Cut the gold ribbon alongside the owners of the bakery Sinead and Stephen Heffernan, their new store staff and their two chief artisan bakers.  Kathryn has commented that she is ‘delighted to see Sinead’s passion for her product lead to new jobs in the area and is especially delighted to see Rachel so happy and healthy in her position as store supervisor’.

The Crumlin store is the 7th store in Dublin.  The new Crumlin store will employ five full and part time staff, based in the Ashleaf Shopping Centre, Cromwellsfort Road, Crumlin. The bakery will sell its Artisan breads, Fresh cream cakes, a range of pastries and baked goods.  Birthday Cakes, Speciality cakes and wedding cakes are also available to order.  There is also an in-store delicatessen serving lunch options along with speciality teas and coffees.
