“Gluten-Free” Double Chocolate Decadence

It’s total decadence, but go on, you’ve earned it! Picture this,  a rich, moist chocolate cake made with dark Belgian chocolate. Wanna know our hidden secret? Beetroot! Topped with a generous layer of dark chocolate fudge icing, it’s a total double chocolate indulgence.  Ye can even personalise your decadence with your own message piped in chocolate buttercream.  Of course, it includes Thunders signature Belgian Chocolate, finished with a  sprinkle of dark chocolate curls.  It tastes amazing 

How can I be sure it’s Gluten Free?

Our Gluten free cakes and bakes are produced in a separate bakery where only Gluten free products are made.  Once your cake is ordered we send it to the GF bakery where it is baked, decorated, packed, sealed and labelled for delivery to the location of your choice or directly to you.  We remove any possibility of cross contamination by ensuring that You will always be the first person to break the seal on your cake.  

We send all of our products for lab testing to confirm that they are gluten-free once they are created, and routinely thereafter to confirm their continued GF status.  Our products have been approved and are listed on the Coeliac society of Ireland’s website.  

What size does it come in?

Double Chocolate Decadence Cake is available online in a 10” round, which is suitable for 10-12 people.  It’s also available in a tart size online, in app and in all locations 

How long will it last?

We label all of our Gluten Free products are individually with the best before date highlighted.  If it’s hot outside, your Ready Zesty Go cake is best kept in the fridge.  It should last up to 3 days after you purchase it, and we recommend you follow the storage instruction and best before dates on the label.  

How much notice is required?

Our Gluten free celebration cakes are available for collection / delivery Tuesday – Saturday with 2 days notice.   Collect from 11 am from your preferred Thunders Bakery.  Delivery can be up to 2pm on the day if it’s a busy time in the bakery.
