Pirate Ship Cake
Pirate Ship Cake, Ahoy, me hearties! Your budding pirates would happily walk the plank for a slice of Our Pirate Ship Cake ! Let their imaginations loose on the high seas with golden doubloons to eat, edible splashing waves to overcome. This is a five layer cake suitable for 20-25 people, available in three different flavours with a couple of days notice! We fill and finish each cake with vanilla buttercream. You can choose from Vanilla or Chocolate sponge; both are covered with coloured vanilla buttercream. We decorate the cake with a paper card pirate ship and very valuable edible gold coins!! We will pipe your personalised message onto white Cova paste in dark Belgian chocolate.
Our Pirate ship cake is part of our range of tall cakes which serve approximately 20 -25 people. They are a five-layer cake with buttercream between the layers. The Vanilla buttercream also has a layer of confectioner’s jam between the layers. You can order online for collection in any of our bakery’s or from our cafe in Liffey Valley. You can also order online for delivery in Dublin and surrounding areas.
How long will it last?
We make our buttercream cakes every day ! We’ll make your cake fresh on the day, and we recommend that you eat it the same day. You’ll have up to 3 days to finish it off if it’s not all eaten on the day. If you choose the chocolate biscuit cake, this will last up to three months in a sealed container. We suggest that you remove the buttercream icing if you’re planning to store it for a while.
How much notice do I need to give?
Personalised Novelty cakes are available, to pre-order with only 3 days notice. If you need a cake today we have a selection of buttercream cakes available to take with you, for instance, Vanilla Buttercreams, Sprinkle buttercreams and red velvet cakes. They all come with a standard ‘Happy Birthday’ message hand piped in chocolate.
