Oooh layers of rum flavoured chocolate sponge (tasting irresistibly like toasted sugar, rich molasses and vanilla flavours) are complemented by sweet yet tart black cherry filling and rounded off with freshly whipped cream. A dash of dark chocolate sprinkles and a scattering of dark chocolate piping on top completes the Thunders Enchanted Black Forest Picture Gâteau look.
What size does it come in?
This cake is available online from a 10″ round which is suitable for 10-12 people. If you are going for a picture cake deffo go for the 10″. The images will all be circles on cake up to 18″ but on the largest size it will be an A3 print. Â
How long will it last?
The best advice we can give you is to collect picture cakes as close to the celebration as possible! We make our picture cakes every day and we recommend that you eat them on the day of collection. If you have chosen a fresh cream picture cake it must be used on the day and returned to the fridge if there’s any left after everyone’s got a slice. The image will not last well in the fridge as it will begin to dissolve into the fresh cream. The buttercream picture cakes will last longer than fresh cream but the image will start to deteriorate on the day after you collect it. Â
How much notice do I need to give?
Picture cakes are available, in all sizes, to pre-order with only 3 days notice.  Â
