How can I be sure it’s Gluten Free?

We make Our Gluten free cakes and bakes in a separate bakery where only Gluten free products are made.  Once you order your cake we send it to the Gluten free bakery where it is baked and decorated.  We pack, seal and label your cake for delivery to the location of your choice or directly to you.  The possibility of cross contamination is removed by ensuring that you will always be the first person to break the seal on your cake.  

We send all of our products for lab testing to confirm that they are gluten-free once they are created, and routinely thereafter to confirm their continued GF status.    Our products have been approved and are listed on the Coeliac society of Ireland’s website.  

What size does it come in?

Thunders “Gluten-Free” Fudge Fudgery Cake is available online from a 10″ round, which is suitable for 10-12 people.  

How long will it last?

We make our Gluten Free Celebration cakes to order !  We’ll make your cake fresh on the day, and we recommend that you eat it the same day.  You’ll have up to 2 /3 days of receiving it to finish it off if it’s not all eaten on the day. Every Gluten free product will come boxed and labelled.  We recommend that you follow the storage and best before instructions on the label. 

How much notice is required?

Our Gluten free celebration cakes are available for collection / delivery Tuesday – Saturday with 2 days notice.   Collect from 11 am from your preferred Thunders Bakery.  Delivery can be up to 2pm on the day if it’s a busy time in the bakery.
