New to our dessert menu, Thunders Gluten Free Pavlova is the lightest meringue you’re gonna find in town! This one is the same meringue that’s in the Thunders Pavlova perfection, but it comes direct from the gluten-free bakery. We’ve decorated this one with the same balance of sweet and tart fruit, but the look is different, so you can tell which one we can guarantee as gluten-free. The meringue is crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, marshmallowey too, melting in the mouth like the whitest clouds in the sky. And well, we’d just like to say, ‘You’re welcome’.
