Thunders Malteser Cheesecake is a new addition to our dessert menu. A light buttery biscuit base is the perfect contrast to the smooth but sometimes crunchy cream cheese top. We bash up the malt balls and mix them into the blend of cream cheese and whipped cream for a light, creamy but kinda crunchy and at times a little chewy sensation. Each portion has its very own whipped cream swirl and chocolate malt ball to make sure everyone gets their fair share of the goodies.
