Team Leader

Thunders home bakery is currently recruiting for a team lead for our cafe in Liffey Valley. Our team is 15 strong comprised of a mix of full and part time staff with roles from barista to deli assistant and kitchen porters. This role is a support role to our manage and will focus on the Haccp compliance within the cafe. Experience in leadership is essential for this position and within the catering industry and advantage. Our cafe in liffey valley is a busy unit preparing and serving hot and cold meals, barista style coffees and of course Thunders famous cakes and confectionery. This role is a full time position which will require evening and weekend work to ensure we have senior person on duty during our opening hours. Competitive salary with an immediate start.
