One of the best sweet celebration surprises for time with friends and family.  The sweet strawberry filling inside is softened by the freshly whipped cream layers. It’s even better craic when you slice into it, because the contrasting layers means it tends to break apart —   best served in a bowl and eaten with a spoon — utterly divine 

What size does it come in?

This cake is available online from a 10″ round which is suitable for 10-12 people.   The largest size we offer in this cake is a 16” square.  Piping a personalised message on all sizes of this cake is part of our service.   A smaller 8” Thunders special gateau is available in all locations daily.

How long will it last?

We make our fresh cream cakes every day !  We’ll make your cake fresh on the day and we recommend that you eat it the same day.  The Thunders Special gateau is particularly fragile and unlikely to last in the fridge overnight as other fresh cream cakes would.  It is important that you store this fresh cream cake in a fridge until serving.  Similarly, it is important to return any uneaten cake to the fridge for eating another time.
