Either way, a Thunders ‘Who’s Counting’ Double Numbers cake will make your celebration extra special.  If your child is hitting their first double-digit with  their 10th birthday, then it’s defo extra special o mark the occasion with  their first double-digit celebration.   Oh, to be sweet 16 again, or it’s all startin’ to happen big time if they’re hittin’ the legal age of 18, either way Thunders are here to celebrate and mark the occasion with the big number first and foremost on the party table.  We sooo love double-digit Birthdays!

Roundy birthdays, anniversaries and career milestones are a whole other story, many’s the tale worth tellin’! Perfect for choosing a Thunders ‘Who’s Counting’ Double Numbers as the cake too.    Choose from Red Velvet, Chocolate, Vanilla or lemon buttercream flavours or go for the super rich chocolate biscuit cake.  These cakes are finished in the colour of your choice with your favourite  accent colour for that extra ‘pop’.  

What size does it come in?

These cakes are available online to pre-order, and they vary in size, not by much, because the numbers are different shapes.  In general, we recommend that the buttercream flavours serve 30-40 people and the chocolate biscuit serves 60-80 people. We offer, as part of our service, piping a personalised message  with all sizes of this cake which will be piped with dark Belgian chocolate on white icing on the board of the cake.

Note:  If you have chosen Chocolate biscuit, these cakes by their nature may not cut in perfect slices due to the broken biscuits.To cut this cake, grab a jug of hot water and a sharp knife. Simply warm the knife in the hot water, dry it off with a clean cloth, and it will go through the cake much easier.  You may need to repeat this to cut the entire cake into portions.   

How long will it last?

We make our buttercream cakes every day !  We’ll make your cake fresh on the day, and we recommend that you eat it the same day.  

How much notice do I need to give?

Personalised Buttercream cakes are available, in all sizes, to pre-order with various notice periods.  We need 3 days notice for a personalised number cake.
