Gluten Free ‘Hoo-ley’ Vanilla Buttercream

Thunders Gluten Free ‘Hoo-ley’ Vanilla buttercream is the newest addition to our gluten-free celebration cake selection.  It’s the same white sponge that’s in the strawberry bliss, filled with vanilla buttercream and confectioners jam.  It’s finished as you see here in the image and as always we promise that it tastes so good you or your guests won’t even know it’s gluten-free!

Our standard 10″ Gluten Free buttercream cakes weigh approx. 2 kg.  In terms of portions, is serves up to 12-15 people.  It’s also available in a large 12″ square size if you’re havin’ a bigger ‘Hooley’ for more than 15 people.   The 12″ cake will serve up to 30 people and if you need something even bigger give us a call, and we’ll arrange a suitable size for you.

How do I store my cake?

Please keep your Thunders Gluten Free ‘Hoo-ley’ buttercream cake in its box in a cool room.  If it’s hot outside, please pop your cake into the fridge and take it out about an hour before serving.  Click through for our full portion guide

How can I order my cake?

Order online or call your local Thunders to place your order.  We need 2-3 days notice for this cake.

How Long will my cake last?

Thunders Gluten Free ‘Hoo-ley’ Vanilla buttercream is a buttercream cake and has a shelf life of up to three days.  You might like to collect your cake the day before your Celebration to make sure you are fully prepared in advance.
