Thunders ‘Glitz in Lilac’ Cakes are here to help you celebrate in style. Perfect for any occasion, including birthdays & anniversaries in your life, we’ve created this Lilac ombre-effect cake. You can choose from Vanilla, Chocolate or red velvet sponge finished with vanilla buttercream. We create the ombre effect with Gold vanilla buttercream and top the cakes with our handmade meringues. The cake comes with a self-assemble paper ‘Happy Birthday’ topper. We’ll also pipe the birthday name on a hand-cut piece of cova paste for the cake board.
Colours may be softer due to the removal of additive E171 from all ingredients.

Celebrating is important!
The cakes come in three finishes to make sure we have cakes for all types of celebrations. We are making these Glitzy cakes available in Vanilla, Chocolate and red velvet flavours to cover all taste buds too!. Our fun size cakes are five layer cakes in 8″ round size filled and finished in Vanilla buttercream with an ombre colour of your choice. We spray our meringues in a matching colour to finish the top of our fun size cake along with vanilla buttercream whipped rosettes.
Our Glitzy cakes come with a self-assembly ‘Happy Birthday’ paper cake topper. Easy to put together, the paper topper comes with two cake dowels, two clear gel sticky tabs. You simply stick the glitter message to the two cake dowels and pop into the cake just before serving.
