Seduce your guests with this Thunders Red Velvelicious red velvet cake.   The enthralling flavour combination of this  soft dark red cake with its smooth velvety cream cheese frosting feels like velvet should taste. Gettin’ all poet like, the contrast of the red velvet crumb on the sides and the cream cheese frosting makes this cake a total spectacle.  If ye like your cake a little less sweet than this is for you because its slightly less sweet than Thunders buttercream cakes. The cream cheese frosting is almost mousse-like in taste and texture.   Topped  with the highly desirable Thunders signature Belgian chocolate, your message is also hand piped in Dark Belgian chocolate — dressed and lookin like yur ready for a night out out!  

What size does it come in?

This cake is available online from a 10″ round which is suitable for 10-12 people.  We call our  largest size a ‘sheet cake’ and it is suitable for over two hundred people.  We offer, as part of our service, piping a personalised message on all sizes of this cake, however, we recommend the 10″ size minimum for best results.  Also if you are going for a picture cake deffo go for the 10″.  A smaller 8″ Thunders ‘Whoop Whoop’ Vanilla Buttercream is available in all locations daily.

How long will it last?

We make our buttercream cakes every day !  We’ll make your cake fresh on the day and we recommend that you eat it the same day.  You’ll have up to 3 days to finish it off if it’s not all eaten on the day.  It is important that you store this Red Velvet cake in the fridge as it contains cream cheese.

How much notice do I need to give?

Personalised Buttercream cakes are available, in all sizes, to pre-order with 3 days notice.   If you need a cake today we have a selection of buttercream cakes available to take with you, for instance, Vanilla Buttercreams, Sprinkle buttercreams and red velvet cakes.   They all come with a standard ‘Happy Birthday’ message hand piped in chocolate.
